For your personal use and to construct as a gift for someone special in your life, these checklists, trackers, lists and logs were designed by me and have been used in my personal journals since 2015. I'd like for you to have their benefits and enjoy the newly-designed artwork. Lots of pink, flowers and contemporary women like us!

The pre-filled checklists/trackers for Self Care, Skin Care and Home Care are filled in with the elements I personally use, to give you a jumpstart on your own routines if all this is new to you. I've also included blank checklists, which you may fill in and use instead. Each one will track six weeks. More may be printed when needed.
